• All custom or personalized orders require additional preparation and materials, making them non-refundable once production begins. Please ensure all design details are accurate before confirming your custom order.

Shipping Issues

• While we take every precaution to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
• Items shipped outside Jacksonville, FL may not be eligible for replacements due to their delicate nature.
